My bike was having issues, and they took me in on a Saturday morning to perform an electronic diagnosis check. They found an open code listed for the trouble I had.
A few weeks prior, I took the bike to my home dealership (the next State over & 750 miles distant) and they worked on my bike; charged me money,,, and sent me on my way. THEN,,, the same problem recurred!
The Santa Fe Folks provided a diagnosis (parts were not on hand) that would cure the issue. Sad thing is, I need to show my hometown Dealership the diagnosis paperwork from Santa Fe BMW so they can order the parts and repair the bike.
Santa Fe BMW didn't even charge me for the diagnosis test!!! They would allow me to tip them! I WISH,,, I could take THIS dealership home with me...

I love these guys! I live in Florida but fave BMW dealer is in Santa Fe. These guys keep me on the road, and dirt, whenever I get to town. They are great about getting parts in, and service done, when it's needed. Even with curve balls and time challenges ("A mouse ate my wiring harness. Again.") they are nothing but helpful. I wish they I could clone them. I would buy a bike from them again any day and recommend them to anyone who needs service in the area.
